About the event

We have set up this group to support individuals that have experienced difficult times and having overcome these stressful and life impacting events, are in a post traumatic growth state.  

This may involve looking for ways to build more strategies into their lives to future-proof their wellbeing due to this huge insight they have into their own resilience.

We are working within the spheres of mindfulness, coaching, positive psychology and many other healthy strategies to build individual resources as well as link people together.

We have all been shaped by big, overwhelming events in our lives and we wish to support you on your unique, individual path to find ways to maximising a life well lived.

We welcome you to join our free monthly group where Roger & I will create a safe space for you to be yourself and gain further insight, skills and be able to support each other.
