Group work within supporting your wellbeing
We extend a warm invite to you to join this group space, which offers you a safe, open, supportive environment to communicate with each other whilst exploring within appreciative enquiry the journey you are travelling. This focus is primarily to support individuals that may have experienced tough times and are working within a post traumatic growth state.
Our offer to you is through utilising a positive psychology approach, embracing mindfulness, coaching, healthy wellbeing strategies & mutual care for each other within this free group; which meets for an hour on a monthly basis.

I have a particular interest in positive psychology coaching,mindfulness and existential coaching, delving into those deep questions about this journey of life. I look forward exploring these subjects and more during our monthly sessions in the snug!.
